Lina Anne: Hello, and welcome to my BLOG.
This blog is my "inspiration and mood" board, and also, this blog is a way for me to show the world some of my creations and the things that I love.

Hobbies: Photography, Hiking, Going to antique shops, Collecting old photos, Collecting old china and glass, Collecting antique oddities, Collecting vintage dolls,Collecting "retro" things, Gourmet cooking, Home styling, Reading blogs about the arts,crafts,country living,and animals.

I love working in mixed media.
I love to recycle oddities and to renew old curiosities into new creations.
I love to collect rocks,feathers,antique dolls,old ceramics,old metal knick-knacks, and vintage photographs. I also love gemstones (both precious and semi-precious) and therefore I try to incorporate those gems into my jewelry projects. When it comes to my jewelry designs, I am inspired by African Trade Beads, old Roman glass, and of course, by antique and vintage jewelry.
I also love to watch SILENT MOVIES from the early 1920's.
I love black and white photographs, especially vintage B&W photos.
Another recent LOVE of mine are:
"Mid-Century-Modern" designs & homes.

If something catches my eye, then my imagination runs wild, and I must save that item for future use. Although I collect incessantly, I am quite organized, and therefore I love to categorize my findings into antique and vintage containers, which I label and color coordinate. I have a wonderful Art Studio above my garage, where I am usually found there, listing to music (or NPR) and of course....creating!
